S07E02 - Firing Your Boss
When choosing to become a solopreneur, the biggest decision was firing my boss, or in other words, quitting.
I prefer the term firing my boss because that's exactly my mindset. I let go of having a boss telling me what to do.
The biggest reason for going solo was the increased freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment that would come with being solely responsible for myself.
